Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Charleston, SC is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruiting for corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers, design targeted sourcing strategies, and guide interview and offer decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner.
• Excellent communication, organization and follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and talent market dynamics.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews and candidate assessments.
• Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions.
• Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in our ATS (Avature).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.
