Join Parachute, LLC is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for our headquarters and Buoy tech teams in Austin. You’ll collaborate with executives to define roles, craft compelling descriptions, and source top talent through multiple channels. You’ll shape interview processes, debriefs, and ensure a superb candidate experience.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong stakeholder influence, and experience closing candidates in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across corporate roles.
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, preferably operations-focused.
• Proven ability to source and close top talent for corporate and technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles, from intake to offer.
• Partner with managers and executives to define roles and craft precise descriptions.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Design structured interview processes with scorecards and debriefs.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and candidate experience with a high-touch approach.
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously optimize workflows as the company scales.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and strengthen employer brand through campaigns.
