Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC in Austin, TX seeks a VP of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across a rapidly expanding organization. You will develop scalable FP&A processes and deliver insights to drive financial performance while partnering with the CEO and CFO.

The role requires expert-level FP&A leadership in high-growth, multi-site environments, plus strong modeling, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA and/or CPA/CMA preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with scenario planning.
• Build an integrated driver-based financial model to improve forecast accuracy.
• Establish standardized reporting cadence and KPI dashboards; lead operating reviews.
• Partner with Operations and Center Leadership to improve unit economics and margins.
• Lead FP&A integration for acquisitions and ROI/sensitivity analyses.
• Provide investment and capital decision support for growth initiatives.
• Build scalable processes/tools to support growth.
• Present performance, risks, and recommendations to CFO/CEO and Board.
