SYNERGISTIC is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades talent. You will source, screen, and onboard candidates, building strong relationships with applicants and internal teams to align hiring priorities with business needs.

About the Role

As a Recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruiting process from sourcing and initial outreach through hiring and onboarding. You’ll work closely with others across the organization to understand hiring priorities, identify qualified candidates, and keep the recruiting process moving.
