Addison Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its Employee Resources team in Buffalo, NY. This on-site role covers the full recruitment lifecycle across manufacturing, technical, admin, sales and leadership positions.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; experience with ADP Workforce Now, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed is a plus.
$75,000-$85,000 annually + year-end discretionary bonus
Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Fully onsite (5 days/week)

The organization is continuing to grow and is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its Employee Resources team. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative HR department and play an important role in supporting hiring across a diverse range of positions, from manufacturing and skilled trades to technical, administrative, sales, and leadership roles.
The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, source and engage candidates, conduct interviews, and support the onboarding process. This role will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines while creating a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-oriented recruiting professional who can work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and effectively connect with candidates across a variety of backgrounds and experience levels. Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, construction, engineering, or other related environments is strongly preferred.
