• 2-3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably corporate recruiting.
• Experience managing multiple openings and working proactively.
• Strong sourcing skills, including social media recruiting.
• ATS experience required; excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and drive hiring decisions.
