Job summary

PrideGlobal seeks an experienced Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring in a fast-paced setting. You will partner with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a strong hiring experience, from sourcing to offer, while maintaining meticulous records and processes.

You will manage multiple requisitions, conduct interviews, reference checks, and support onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
