Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruiter for a contract opportunity with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in Santa Rosa, CA. This role supports full-cycle recruiting activities, candidate screening, interview coordination, applicant tracking, and hiring manager communication across multiple operational needs.

The Recruiter will be part of a collaborative Human Resources team that values professionalism, confidentiality, service, and clear communication. Key Responsibilities

• Review application materials, assess candidate qualifications, and compare experience to job requirements.
• Conduct screening interviews, verify references, and provide candidate updates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate phone, web-based, and in-person interviews while managing schedules and communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track applicants through the hiring process in the applicant tracking system.
• Monitor job postings and job board activity to support recruiting pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure consistent application of recruiting processes, programs, and policies.

Compensation and Benefits

• $25.00 to $26.00 per hour.
• For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
