Lee Hecht Harrison Nederland B.V. is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts in Central San Diego. The role focuses on building talent pipelines, identifying top candidates, and helping the organization scale during a period of growth.
This is an onsite, contract through year-end with extension potential. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and recruit for manager-level roles, collaborate with staffing partners as needed, and use ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI recruiting
Location: Central San Diego, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Fully Onsite)
Pay: $30.00–$40.00/hour (based on experience)
Length: Contract through the end of the year with potential for extension or conversion

$30.00 to $40.00 per year
