Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring in a fast-paced environment. You will manage sourcing through offer, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and coordination of onboarding. You will maintain ATS records and drive process improvements while supporting multiple requisitions with strong organizational skills.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring activities in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing the recruiting process from sourcing through offer stage while partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a strong hiring experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications

• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation activities
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking system updates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide market insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3+ years of recruiting experience or related talent acquisition experience
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
