Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.

• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Recruit for a diverse range of positions, including Marketing Professionals, Production Managers, Sales Representatives and Sales Managers, Graphic Designers.
• Maintain a high volume of requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring practices.

On-Site: Brea, CA

Compensation: $27 to $30 per hour

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team in Brea, CA. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions, including Marketing, Production Management, Sales, and Graphic Design roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple business functions.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, consumer products, or related industries
• Knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and talent market trends
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
