Frontline Source Group - Nationwide Staffing & Executive Search in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Corporate Recruiter for an in-office, direct-hire role. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume organization across multiple levels, partnering with hiring managers to build effective strategies.

The position requires strong sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, and communication skills, with a focus on maintaining candidate pipelines and timely offers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
• Experience managing full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to offers.
• Strong multi-level, multi-function recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting across a high volume organization from frontline to director level.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates via Indeed, ZipRecruiter, social platforms, and other channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and high-volume roles.
• Review applications and prescreen candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and act as liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates and follow up throughout the process.
• Prepare offers and coordinate start dates.
• Tailor postings as needs evolve.
• Develop relationships with universities and agencies to expand pipelines.
• Provide market feedback and recruiting insights to managers.
• Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics.
• Ensure practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
• Work onsite with HR team.

Corporate Recruiter Role

• Manage full cycle recruiting across a high volume organization with hiring needs ranging from frontline caregivers and administrative employees through management and director level positions
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, social media, recruiting platforms and other creative sourcing channels
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring and high volume hiring needs
• Review applications and resumes and conduct candidate prescreens
• Coordinate interviews and serve as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
• Manage candidate communication and maintain consistent follow up throughout the recruiting process
• Prepare and extend employment offers and coordinate accepted candidates through their anticipated start dates
• Tailor job postings as responsibilities and business needs evolve
• Develop relationships with universities, agencies and community organizations to expand candidate pipelines
• Provide hiring managers with market feedback and recruiting insights

Corporate Recruiter Background Profile

2+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience

Experience Managing High Volume Recruiting Strongly Preferred

• Demonstrated experience owning the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer
• Comfort recruiting across multiple levels and job functions simultaneously
• Strong sourcing skills with experience generating candidates beyond inbound applications
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication, organization and follow through
• Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and shifting priorities
• Healthcare, home health, human services or similarly high volume industry experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology
• Must be comfortable working onsite in the San Antonio corporate office
