Job summary

TCWGlobal seeks an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Sherman Oaks, CA on a hybrid W2 contract. You will drive full lifecycle recruiting across multiple organizations and act as a strategic advisor to hiring teams.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, and administering pre-employment tests while meeting TA metrics and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role offers 3 months with potential conversion to FTE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience across exempt, technical, and management roles.
• Effective interviewing skills.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Ability to source, attract, and hire via traditional and social media channels.

You will

• Source candidates from multiple venues and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, schedule and host in-person interviews, and administer pre-employment tests
• Meet recruiting metrics based on operational needs and TA standards
• Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
• Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures
• Maintain a constant and steady focus on the marketplace and disseminate market intelligence to key client groups

• Ability to source, attract, and hire the best candidate using traditional and social media methods
