Job summary

TCWGlobal in Mountain View, CA, seeks an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a W2 contract (3+ months) with potential conversion to FTE. You will support multiple organizations, manage pipelines, and act as a strategic advisor to hiring teams in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting across exempt, technical, and management roles, strong interviewing skills, and solid knowledge of employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates from multiple venues and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, schedule and host in-person interviews, and administer pre-employment tests.
• Meet recruiting metrics based on operational needs and TA standards.
• Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
• Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.
• Maintain market intelligence and share insights with key client groups.
