Job summary

TCWGlobal is seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a W2 contract role in Mountain View with hybrid work. You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate pre-employment tests to build a robust candidate pipeline.

The role supports multiple client groups and emphasizes timely, compliant recruitment processes. You will focus on full life-cycle recruiting for technical and management roles, partnering with hiring managers and HR, while delivering an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for exempt, technical and management roles.
• Strong interviewing skills and knowledge of employment laws.
• Ability to source, attract, and hire via traditional and social media.
• Excellent client service, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates from multiple venues and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Meet recruiting metrics based on operational needs and TA standards.

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will

• Source candidates from multiple venues and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

• Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
• Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures
• Maintain a constant and steady focus on the marketplace and disseminate market intelligence to key client groups

• Effective interviewing skills
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
• Ability to source, attract, and hire the best candidate using traditional and social media methods
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

• Strong attention to detail, balanced by ability to see big picture
