We are seeking a professional recruiter to carry out candidate sourcing, phone screens, and interviews. You will be responsible for filling internal roles for Raymond Central across 8 states.
- Experience in full lifecycle recruitment within the material handling or related industry.
- Experience recruiting maintenance technicians or similar roles.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a professional setting.
- Associate’s degree.
