Corporate Recruiter - Bainbridge

Job Type: Part-Time / Hourly / Non Exempt

Position Location: Remote digital office (work from home), must be U.S. based

Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour plus bonus, based on successful placement

Start Date: Immediately

Position Summary

We are seeking skilled Corporate Recruiters with experience in niche recruiting to identify and attract top-tier talent for roles including financial services, business development, marketing, data, and leadership. This is a remote, active position requiring proactive, engaged, and responsive candidates. Join our collaborative team and play a vital role in our expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize industry, candidate, and research knowledge to proactively source and identify exceptional candidates.
  • Leverage various channels and platforms for full-cycle recruiting.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruiting team for research and candidate sourcing.
  • Assess potential candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage expectations, and facilitate offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Identify top-performing professionals capable of driving growth and innovation.
  • Own the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Business, HR, Psychology, English, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in niche hiring for various roles including business development, financial services, marketing, and technical positions.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS, and other platforms for candidate sourcing and tracking.
  • Interest or experience in Human Resources initiatives is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with hiring managers and candidates effectively.
  • Proven success in achieving recruitment goals within tight deadlines.
