You will own sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offers, build a robust pipeline for high-volume roles, post requisitions across job boards and social channels, and partner with hiring managers to craft postings and interview guides.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in hospitality, manufacturing, or service industries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple openings with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Post and manage requisitions on job boards, the company website, and social media channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job postings and interview guides.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings in line with policy and laws.
• Coordinate interviews and schedule with managers.
• Run initial phone screens to assess skills and fit.
• Deliver timely, professional candidate communication throughout the process.
• Ensure hiring practices are compliant with EEOC guidelines.
