Employee Navigator is seeking a full lifecycle Corporate Recruiter to drive growth by sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent. The role requires building a pipeline and managing recruiting across multiple locations in the United States.
The position is onsite five days a week in Bethesda, MD, with responsibility for end‑to‑end recruiting, interviews, and stakeholder collaboration. A strong emphasis on data‑driven updates and employer branding is expected.

We are looking for a full lifecycle Corporate Recruiter to be a key contributor to our organization's growth in finding exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent into Employee Navigator as well as building a talent pipeline for future hiring. This position will have responsibility for full lifecycle recruiting at multiple organizational levels and across multiple locations across the United States.
Please note: This position is onsite five days a week in Bethesda, MD.
