HF Sinclair Corporation in Dallas, TX, seeks a Risk and Real Estate Specialist to manage the corporate office facility, liaison with landlords and property management, oversee maintenance, and support real estate and risk management projects.

You will handle leases, space planning, safety compliance, insurance coordination, and 24/7 emergency readiness, with at least two years in a corporate setting and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a corporate setting.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day facilities function for corporate office.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety/loss control issues and address any issues promptly.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute office moves, relocations, and renovations while minimizing disruptions to operations.
• Manage space planning and allocation, analyzing space requirements and implementing strategies for optimal utilization of office space.
• Review enterprise leases and contracts to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Coordinates cost allocation of all premiums, claim payments, claim handling fees, legal fees, third party administration fees, and insurance premium audits.
• Assist with corporate insurance renewals.
• Coordinate bond placement and renewals, certificates of insurance, and automobile identification cards.
• Assists in the design, development, and implementation of risk management programs and coordinates and maintains the program and systems to mitigate and monitor risk as well as the cost of risk.
