First Command Financial Services, Inc. seeks a Director of Real Estate & Facilities in Fort Worth to lead the enterprise real estate, facilities, workspace, and campus strategy.

You will partner with executives to align space planning, employee experience, and operations with business goals. Responsibilities include directing renovations, capital projects, vendor management, lease negotiations, security, and business continuity efforts while developing teams and ensuring compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; preferred.
• 10+ years in corporate real estate or facilities leadership.
• Experience leading workplace transformations and capital projects.
• Professional certifications such as CFM, RPA, FMA, MCR preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead enterprise real estate, facilities, workspace, and campus strategy.
• Advise executives on workspace strategy, capital priorities, lease matters.
• Lead renovations, furniture programs, moves, and return-to-work initiatives.
• Own projects with scope, budgets, schedules, procurement, and closeout.
• Direct lease negotiation, landlord obligations, and occupancy reporting.
• Establish standards for space, signage, and employee experience.
• Oversee security, access control, and emergency preparedness programs.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Maintain supplier contracts, SLAs, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with building, safety, and company policies.
• Lead Real Estate & Facilities managers and develop teams.
