Qualifications

• Eight years of right-of-way experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Preferred Bachelor's in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead major right-of-way projects including acquisitions, route development, and project execution.
• Negotiate complex easements, licenses, permits, agreements, leases, and other documents.
• Research land rights, ownership records, and maps using land management, GIS, and document systems.
• Coordinate with survey, engineering, legal, and management teams to support project development.
• Direct and oversee contract land agents and third-party right-of-way firms.
