You will lead guidance on environmental permitting, compliance, remediation and workplace safety with ownership of execution across a broad legal scope.

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience as an EHS regulatory lawyer at a top-tier law firm, public corporation, or regulatory agency with demonstrated regulatory work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with business, commercial, and operational teams on EHS regulatory and compliance matters.
• Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws.
• Interpret regulations and permit requirements.
