Job summary

You will develop and manage FoCS programs, oversee corporate scholarship funds, coordinate recruitment and events, and supervise student workers while collaborating with faculty, staff, and industry partners to drive meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of client-facing experience in events and program management, corporate relations, or related area.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with external stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and industry professionals.
• Experience budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis to assess program effectiveness.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage FoCS program and its iterations; maintain partner portfolio.
• Outreach to potential industry partners for FoCS with revenue goals.
• Develop a prospect pipeline via corporate visits and calls.
• Recommend updates to program benefits and structure.
• Develop and convert prospective companies through visits and calls.
• Provide partner stewardship via surveys, strategy calls, and onsite visits.
• Handle event logistics, budgets, vendors, materials, marketing, and on-site support.
• Oversee invoicing and funds management for the program.
• Create data collection processes to evaluate program effectiveness.
