Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin seeks a Senior Program & Communications Coordinator for Texas Robotics within the Department of Computer Science. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of full-time relevant work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and work independently as well as on a team.
  • Be flexible and adaptable as Texas Robotics is a growing organization.
  • Exceptional customer service, strong accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing: Lead marketing for Texas Robotics including social media, website updates, and print materials.
  • Communications: Publish newsletters, announcements, and post-event articles; coordinate branding with departments.
  • Administrative Support: Manage central robotics email, schedule meetings for leaders, and provide front-line service.
  • Events: Assist with event operations, tours, and annual reports.
  • Supervision: Oversee the communications student employee and provide feedback.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
