Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking an Employer Success Manager to expand and strengthen UT Austin’s employer ecosystem through strategic partnerships, data-informed recruiting strategies, and cross-campus collaboration. This role owns a portfolio of employer relationships and serves as a trusted advisor to employers seeking to engage UT talent in intentional, student-centered ways.

Must be eligible to work in the US on a full-time basis for any employer without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience in business development, client or account management, workforce development, talent acquisition, or employer relations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic employer partners aligned with UT’s strengths and workforce priorities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to employer partners, helping design long-term recruiting strategies.
• Lead conversations with hiring managers to secure year-round opportunities for students.
• Translate employer demand and student interest into actionable engagement strategies.
• Co-design work-integrated opportunities (e.g., internships, paid projects) with employers.
• Advise on recruiting strategies and analyze data to surface insights informing strategy.
• Shape UT Austin’s talent value proposition to employers and align with campus partners.
