Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of client-facing experience in events/program management or corporate relations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with external partners.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, students and industry professionals.
• Experience managing budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis to assess program effectiveness.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage FoCS program and develop partner benefits and engagement strategies.
• Perform outbound communications to potential industry partners with revenue goals.
• Develop and maintain a partner pipeline through visits and calls.
• Oversee event logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Create and implement data collection processes to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Hire, onboard, and supervise student workers.
• Coordinate scholarship funds and donor stewardship.
• Maintain databases tracking partners and renewals.
