Nashville Soccer Club is seeking a Coordinator, Corporate Partnership Activation to deliver service to current and future corporate partners in Nashville. You will develop sophisticated partnership plans, write strategic documents, and lead calls with partners to ensure activation success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Sports-related fields.
• 2 years of relevant experience in Agency, Brand Management, Marketing, or Sponsorship roles.
• Strong attention to detail and self-organization.
• Proactive communicator who anticipates and solves challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across internal teams.
• Innovative, strategic, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Nurture authentic, meaningful relationships with partners.
• Develop knowledge of partner roster and business nuances.
• Create written strategic plans with success metrics and asset timelines.
• Schedule and lead regular status calls with partners.
• Provide creative implementation ideas for activation and events.
• Identify opportunities to expand partner relationships and assist with proposals.
• Annually review partner goals and produce season-in-review documents.
• Project and maintain annual partner budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Club, stadium, and MLS guidelines.
• Support matchdays and events at GEODIS Park to engage prospects and partners.
