• Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and entity management.
• Real estate transaction experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance, transactional, real estate, and general legal matters.
• Prepare, review, and organize contracts, NDAs, transaction documents, and related agreements.
• Coordinate transaction closings, including due diligence, entity documentation, good standing certificates, and lien searches.
• Manage closing checklists, timelines, and post-closing documentation.
• Prepare and maintain corporate governance documents, including entity formations, operating agreements, resolutions, certificates, and ownership records.
• Maintain legal department records, templates, databases, and document management systems.
• Review and organize title, survey, zoning, and related real estate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and business teams to support ongoing projects and transactions.

• Familiarity with CSC (Corporation Service Company) preferred.
• Experience reviewing title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation

Base salary: $100,000-$130,000+; bonus eligible; and a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, long-term, short-term, PTO, 401K, etc.)
