Job summary

Dunn-Edwards Paints in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Corporate Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that strengthen product knowledge, selling capabilities, and organizational performance for employees and dealer partners.

Reporting to the Corporate Training Manager, you will analyze learning needs, develop curricula, coordinate schedules, and coach teams while traveling up to 25% as needed. A bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience is required; CPTD/APTD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or Instructional Design/Learning Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing people and/or training programs, or a combination thereof.
• Paint industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs within the assigned territory to develop new programs and improve existing ones.
• Design and deliver impactful training through classroom facilitation, eLearning, demonstrations, on-the-job training, coaching, workshops, and collaborative learning.
• Lead development and delivery of product application training for employees and dealer partners.
• Ensure timely delivery and ongoing maintenance of training programs, curricula, and learning paths.
• Coordinate training programs and schedules with management across multiple departments.
