Job summary

Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Corporate Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees and dealer partners. The role emphasizes needs analysis, program design, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

The trainer will facilitate various instructional methods, track outcomes, and partner with management to ensure learning aligns with business objectives and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or Instructional Design/Learning Technology.
• Or 5+ years' experience developing people or training programs.
• Paint industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Needs analysis to develop new training programs and improve existing ones.
• Design and deliver training using classroom, eLearning, demos, and on-the-job coaching.
• Coordinate training programs and schedules with management across departments.
• Partner with management to ensure training aligns with goals and priorities.
• Monitor participant performance and provide timely coaching and feedback.
