Job summary

ARCH is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our corporate HR team across multiple locations. This hybrid role will handle employee relations, leave administration, learning and development, HR systems, and workforce analytics, fostering a high-performing One Arch culture.

The successful candidate will be curious, resourceful, and able to simplify HR processes while improving the employee and manager experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of broad HR experience, including leave administration, HR operations, HR systems, and learning & development.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA and state leaves.
• Experience with an HRIS or workforce management system.
• Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Experience creating training materials and learning resources.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate HR support as a go-to resource for policies, benefits, payroll questions, onboarding, and HR processes.
• Manage US leave programs across locations: FMLA, ADA, disability leaves, and state programs.
• Support HR systems, data accuracy, reporting, and user support; ensure data integrity.
• Partner with HR leadership to identify workforce insights and inform recommendations for employee experience and effectiveness.
• Create user guides, docs, and training materials; assist with HR system implementations and upgrades.
