Job summary

RS Utility Structures Inc is seeking a Corporate HR Generalist in Humble, TX to support the employee lifecycle, HR systems, and company-wide HR initiatives. You will partner with the Corporate HR Manager to ensure compliant, efficient HR operations across the organization.

The role requires 4–6 years of HR experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position within a multi-location manufacturing environment and offers growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist or Corporate HR role.
• Broad working knowledge across the employee lifecycle, HRIS, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and HR operations.
• Self-starter with initiative, autonomy, and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle activities across the organization, including onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, leaves, and offboarding.
• Assist with HRIS administration, data integrity, reporting, and system improvements.
• Draft and update company-wide HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
• Coordinate benefits, leave programs, and annual open enrollment with vendors and internal partners.
• Partner with plant HR teams to share knowledge and ensure consistent HR practices.
• Drive continuous improvement projects within Corporate HR and track progress.
