Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is hiring a Senior/Lead Facilities Project Manager to lead complex capital projects across manufacturing, laboratory, office and distribution facilities. You will drive planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, coordinating with engineering, maintenance, EHS, finance, IT and external partners to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing industrial facilities capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, structural and process utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of complex capital projects from planning to commissioning.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, EHS, finance, IT and partners.
• Manage budgets, schedules, scope and procurement strategies.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across projects.
