Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience, or combo of experience and education.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities, with performance evaluation experience.
• Ability to manage large capital projects and operating budgets with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, track training, conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, cross-train staff, and set deadlines.
• Manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Develop environmental health and safety procedures and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, budgets, and variance reports.
• Review invoices and oversee procurement for parts, services, and labor.
