Job summary

PACE Systems seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of technically complex construction projects across advanced facilities and controlled environments. You will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, field coordination, and client relationships to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Candidates will bring a strong background in metal studs and drywall commercial construction and be prepared to coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of construction project management experience in commercial/industrial sectors.
• Experience managing complex facilities (cleanrooms, semiconductor, pharma, data centers) projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contracts, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans.
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Coordinate procurement activities and long-lead material strategies.
• Manage project documentation and contract compliance.
• Lead project turnover, commissioning, and closeout activities.
