American Express Global Business Travel is seeking an experienced events professional to plan and execute corporate meetings and programs from kickoff through reconciliation. You will lead onsite operations, manage budgets up to $500,000, and coordinate hotels, venues, transportation, F&B, and AV with the producer.

The role requires a proven track record of multi-program management, strong client communication, and deep knowledge of Cvent and enterprise project tools within a client environment.

Qualificações

• Four or more years planning corporate meetings and events from kickoff to reconciliation.
• Experience as onsite lead on ten or more programs per year.
• Independent management of program budgets up to $500,000 with forecasts and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of hotel and supplier contracts, attrition, minimums, overtime, and late changes.
• Strong command of Cvent and enterprise project tools in client environments.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver assigned programs end to end with the producer, from kickoff through onsite execution and close.
• Keep the program plan current in the client's project tools with tasks, owners, and dates readable by the producer and client.
• Build and manage program budgets with the producer, up to $500,000 and larger programs with Senior Event Manager.
• Manage suppliers from contract through invoices within client procurement rules.
• Lead onsite for programs, including staffing, run of show, and supplier coordination.
