Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Manager near Nashville, TN to advance environmental programs at three production sites across KY, TN, and MO. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Corporate EHS Director, with 40-50% travel and no direct reports.

You will ensure Title V Part 70 permitting compliance and regulatory reporting, while driving ongoing development of environmental systems and collaborating with plant EHS Generalists.

Qualifications

• Must have Title V Part 70 air permit experience and regulatory reporting.
• Environmental compliance leadership for multiple sites.
• Ability to collaborate with plant-level EHS Generalists and Corporate EHS.

Absolutely must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V part 70 operating permit experience (permitting and reporting).

Scope of role:

Seeking an Environmental Manager (individual contributor position with no direct reports) for a heavy industrial manufacturing company (welding, blasting and painting operations) that will support (1000) employees at (3) production sites (KY, TN and MO). Travel requirements 40-50% when needed. Oversee regulatory compliance throughout the facilities and responsible for leading the continuing development of their environmental systems.

This position will report into the Corporate EHS Director, and each facility has an EHS professional (more safety focused) that will manage their day-to-day environmental compliance needs. This Environmental Manager will work closely with these plant level, EHS Generalists.
