Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an Environmental Manager for a heavy industrial operation near Nashville, TN. This individual contributor role oversees environmental compliance across three sites (KY, TN, MO) with approximately 1,000 employees, focusing on Title V air permits and regulatory reporting.

You will report to the Corporate EHS Director and work with plant-level EHS Generalists to advance the environmental management system and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience managing major air source Title V operating permits.
• Experience with permitting and reporting under air quality regulations.
• Ability to oversee regulatory compliance across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance at three production sites (KY, TN, MO).
• Lead development and ongoing improvement of environmental management systems.
• Coordinate Title V permit management, reporting and compliance with corporate EHS.
• Collaborate with plant EHS Generalists and Corporate EHS Director; travel 40–50% as needed.

Job description

Absolutely must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V part 70 operating permit experience (permitting and reporting).

Scope of role:

Seeking an Environmental Manager (individual contributor position with no direct reports) for a heavy industrial manufacturing company (welding, blasting and painting operations) that will support (1000) employees at (3) production sites (KY, TN and MO). Travel requirements 40-50% when needed. Oversee regulatory compliance throughout the facilities and responsible for leading the continuing development of their environmental systems.

This position will report into the Corporate EHS Director, and each facility has an EHS professional (more safety focused) that will manage their day-to-day environmental compliance needs. This Environmental Manager will work closely with these plant level, EHS Generalists.
