• Comprehension of verbal and written recipes and production orders.
• Follow all outlined health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.

• Ability to move objects up to 35 lbs.
• Maintain a positive “can-do” attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Produce, prepare and cook foods including soups, sauces, salads, entrees and catering items.
• Set up stations prior to service with equipment and ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area according to health and safety rules.
• Provide courteous customer service at all times.
