Job summary

Brock & Company, Inc. is seeking a full-time Cook for a corporate dining program. You will prepare soups, entre9es, and catering dishes in a busy kitchen while following supervisor instructions and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in following recipes and cooking techniques.
• Adhere to health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Lift around 35 lbs as needed.
• Follow COVID-19 workplace safety protocols.
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Receive, unpack, rotate deliveries.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• The production, preparation and cooking of foods to include soups, sauces, salads, entrees, catering and all other items determined by the Chef Manager.
• Station set-up prior to service with appropriate equipment and food to be determined by the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area via supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety and food handling regulations.
• Provide customer service in a courteous manner at all times.
