Job summary

Brock & Company Inc. is seeking a Cook for corporate dining to join our team in a full-time role. You will prepare from-scratch soups, sauces, entrées and catering favorites, following supervisor instructions and recipes.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and production orders.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift and move up to 35 lbs as required.
• Follow COVID-19 safety and sanitation standards.
• Positive “can-do” attitude and reliability.
• Assist with deliveries and station setup as directed.

Responsibilities

• The production, preparation and cooking of foods including soups, sauces, salads, entrees and catering items.
• Station set-up prior to service with appropriate equipment and ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area according to regulations.
• Provide courteous customer service at all times.
