Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related equivalent experience.
• Proficient computer skills with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship managers by analyzing financial statements and assessing credit risk.
• Prepare credit memos and loan presentations for approvals.
• Monitor loan covenants, process line advances, and track insurance requirements.
• Assist in loan closing, funding, and document collection.
• Maintain compliance with Reg B, HMDA, BSA, OFAC, and CRA requirements.
• Provide administrative support and seek opportunities to grow client relationships.
