Job summary

Bank of Hope is seeking a CIB Credit Analyst to support lending teams in origination and processing. You will prepare credit analyses, assist with loan amendments, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML and banking regulations while maintaining credit documentation.

The role involves coordinating with deal teams, supporting account opening, and maintaining files in Globalwave. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field and 0–2 years' experience are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of corporate banking and credit policies.
• Understanding of regulatory and financial crime compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence on new transactions and loan amendments/modifications.
• Prepare detailed credit analyses for new loan applications and amendments.
• Oversee covenants compliance and review financial covenant reports.
• Complete KYC/AML/OFAC/USA PATRIOT Act due diligence and KYC package.
• Support portfolio managers, underwriters, and relationship managers with credit documentation and onboarding.
