Job summary

Bank of Hope in New York is seeking a Credit Analyst CIB to support lending teams with credit risk and compliance, assisting with loan origination, amendments, and closing.

You will perform due diligence, prepare credit analyses, review covenants, and manage KYC/AML processing while coordinating with relationship managers, underwriting, and operations to maintain accurate credit files and timely funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Corporate Banking or credit analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial crime rules.
• Experience with KYC/AML processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence on new transactions and loan amendments/modifications.
• Prepare detailed credit analyses for new loan applications and amendments/modifications.
• Oversee covenants compliance including review of financial covenant reports and maintain tickler/Globalwave.
• Complete KYC/AML/OFAC/USA PATRIOT Act due diligence and analysis.
• Provide support to portfolio managers, underwriters, and relationship managers; maintain credit docs in Globalwave.
• Work with internal support on deal closing, booking, funding and ongoing loan lifecycle tasks.
• Assist with audits, policy reviews and other projects.
