Salary: $300,000 - $400,000 per year
In this position you will be representing financial institutions acting as their corporate trustee (and other agency/fiduciary capacities) in domestic and global financing. As part of this position, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing/negotiating a variety of corporate documents as well as assisting partners with closings!
