Compensation

The anticipated annual base compensation range for this position is $230,000–$350,000, depending on factors including the selected candidate's qualifications and years of relevant experience.

Associates who meet minimum performance standards, including billing at least 1,900 hours, can reasonably expect total compensation of approximately $380,000–$475,000, consisting of base salary plus a discretionary bonus. The discretionary bonus may increase based on the number of hours billed and collected in excess of 1,900 hours.

Additional compensation may also be available for work originated by the associate.
