A well-respected Law Firm in New York seeks a Senior-level Attorney with 3-6 years of Corporate Trust experience. Qualifications

A bit about us

Mid‑sized, well‑respected Law Firm (60 Attorneys) seeks to add a Senior‑level Attorney to their team. The ideal candidate will have 3‑6 years of experience with a Corporate Trust background. In this position you will be representing financial institutions acting as their corporate trustee (and other agency/fiduciary capacities) in domestic and global financing. As part of this position, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing/negotiating a variety of corporate documents as well as assisting partners with closings!

Job Details

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in New York
• 3+ years of Corporate Trust experience
• Experience working in a large firm handling Corporate Trust/Securities matters
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

• Trust Indenture Act qualified transactions
• Rule 144A and Reg S offerings
• Debt restructurings
• Corporate and municipal bond financings
• Asset‑backed and mortgage‑backed securitizations
• Insurance linked products
• Cross‑border transactions
• Project finance transactions
• Secured high‑yield debt transactions
