Job summary

Experience by Industrious seeks a Senior Community Manager to design and oversee tenant programming, events, and engagement across office assets. You’ll lead a team to execute a calendar of activities, drive app adoption, and maintain consistent communications that reflect the building's brand.

You'll be accountable for engagement metrics, relationships with occupiers, and maintaining hospitality standards that make tenants feel valued and connected to the space.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in community programming, hospitality, or tenant engagement.
• Experience designing and delivering programs at scale.
• Proven leadership with direct reports and goal setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee a dynamic calendar of tenant events and programs.
• Manage budgeting, vendor relations, onsite execution, and reporting.
• Lead event marketing across app, signage, and newsletters.
• Own the tenant experience app content, audience, notices, and perks.
