Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary and interfaith team.
• Strong listening and communication skills; capable of delivering community presentations.
• Needs spiritual maturity and commitment to Christian lifestyle and ministry values.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups with diplomacy and courtesy.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to cope with stress and emergencies.
• Analytical skills to identify solutions and follow up on objectives and to interpret policy.
• Proficiency with technology; able to learn new software and use Google Suites, Office and online tools.
• Must have active state driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide faith-based ministry at client sites with regular visits to worksites (usually weekly).
• Offer confidential pastoral discussions for employee and family issues.
• Coordinate funeral planning and post-termination support when needed.
• Deliver literature and ministry resources to employees and families.
• Represent church ministry during employee orientation and liaise with executive leadership for services.
